Construction:
All pools are concrete. The walls are finished with white marcite. Depth of
pool is 3 foot at shallow end to 6 foot at deep end. Three steps are at the shallow
end, ladder. Deck is concrete with kool deck finish, along with porch. Tile
and cap around the perimeter of pool, deck drain is installed where needed.Equipment: All pools come with an automatic
chlorinator, time clock, skimmer, ¾ hp. pump, complete filter system, over flow.
All pools come with a light. Separate electric circuits for pool is provided
and complete grounding of pool and equipment. Pools are filled, started up with
chemicals and water is balanced. Safety barrier or alarms to meet state codes.
Owners are given instructions on the pool.
Cleaning Equipment: 16 foot expandable
pole with hose and vacuum head, brush and leaf skimmer.
Screen Enclosure: White or bronze
aluminum with charcoal screen up to 10 foot high walls. Gable/Hip screen roof, two
doors with bug sweep. Super gutter and downspouts.
Other Items Available: In floor cleaning
system, automatic vacuum, spas, waterfalls, solar, heat pump, or gas heat, chlorine
